Happy New Year! We hope you had a wonderful holiday season celebrating the birth of our Savior and have jumped into 2019 with great expectation. Though we kept a fairly busy schedule in 2018, we have rested up and are eager to begin our first week of revival meetings for the new year on January 13th. But before we spring into 2019, we’ll catch you up on our Fall 2018 travels.

We arrived back from a much needful vacation in Alaska on September 7th and hit the ground running for west Tennessee. If you remember, we headed west for Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, and Colorado at the end of January 2018 and never looked back….except for an occasional longing glance when it became ultra dry in the summer. The West is truly a different animal altogether than the East, but the opportunities for significant, needful ministry there are plenteous. Back to west TN…

We began our fall meetings with Pastor Tim Smartt and wonderful friends of Maranatha Baptist Church of Ripley, TN. From there, the Lord gave us opportunities to minister in Georgia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, back to Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, and finally to Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico between the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. From regular week-long revival meetings and special Sundays to two separate family conferences and even a weekend children’s ministry seminar, the Lord gave us a full Fall schedule and some specifically excellent meetings. Folks were strengthened and challenged in their personal walks with the Lord and pastors were encouraged about the next steps for their congregation. It has truly been a thrill to have a small part in each of these ministries, and we look forward to hearing great reports like we received just after the children’s ministry seminar, where a person trusted Christ just days after the meeting ended.

Impacting people for eternity! That is our heartbeat and motivation for this year. Thank you for praying for us. Thank you for investing in eternity with us. May the Lord richly bless you and yours with a happy New Year!
